This Ain't My First Rodeo.

But for whatever reason I had never photographed an engagement session before this past Monday?!?!

I know, I know, craaaaaazy, right?

The shoot started in a grape vineyard, moved across the street into the lake sunset, and inside the bar of the winery.

How could anyone possibly screw shots up with location options like that on hand?
Couldn't have asked for a better set up.

Needless to say, they all turned out to my expectations.

NOTE:
Ok...  So I started seeing these "distance shots" that separate couples with in one frame.
I found examples of them on Google Images and laughed a little, cause of how awkward most of them looked.  I saw it done in a vineyard and immediately said,

"No.  Nope!  Makes no sense.  ...Why the hell would they be that far apart in the middle of nowhere by themselves walking in a vineyard.  That just looks sad."

So I decided to make fun of the whole concept, by creating outrageously, raging, drunk distance photos of my couple inside the bar.

They both said they absolutely loved the following set of images and felt the most comfortable performing them.

haha.
That made me happy.
